At Chippy Press, we take great care in crafting each handmade clay magnet and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

- The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will review its condition before approving the refund or exchange.
